Managing Director
Tim leads the Rail and Geotechnical team at Griffiths and is also the company’s Senior Executive Responsible for the Core Valley Lines Craidd Alliance with Transport for Wales.
He is a Welsh speaker with 30 years’ experience with major transport, infrastructure, economic development and construction businesses across public and private sectors in the UK. Prior to joining Griffiths in 2019, Tim worked in leadership roles at First Group, Network Rail and Welsh Government with a track record of successfully delivering operational programmes, maintenance activities and major construction projects.
He is experienced in working collaboratively with partners and is a member of the first ever rail alliance of its type to achieve ISO44001 accreditation.
Tim is committed to making a real difference to Diversity and inclusion which includes developing more women into frontline and leadership roles. He is a Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Ambassador for the Company and the construction industry.
