David is our infrastructure Director and is responsible for the successful delivery of our Infrastructure projects. David strives for sustainable delivery focussing on safety, quality, budget, programme, and customer satisfaction.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND CONTRIBUTION
- Civil Engineer with expertise in procurement, design, construction, and handover.
- Experience in highway infrastructure, flood alleviation, utilities, public realm, active travel, integrated transport, and maintenance frameworks.
- Proven leader, committed to building and developing strong interdisciplinary teams.
- A natural collaborative style in developing excellent stakeholder and public relations as well as ongoing customer liaison.
