Simon is our Pre-Construction Director and is responsible for our business development, tenders, marketing, and communications activities. Simon has overall responsibility for building a sustainable pipeline of work to support the strategic direction of the business. Simon joined Griffiths in 2010 and has held a variety of roles across the business providing him with a broad understanding of how Griffiths operates and importantly how we can add value to our customers. In his previous role as Operations Director Simon developed and implemented our growth strategy to deliver on wider business plans for growth in South West England.

• Extensive sustainability know-how, stemming from his PhD in Sustainable Construction Materials with an expertise in Self-Healing Concrete.
• Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with experience across all sectors of civil engineering including Design, Construction and Research & Development.
