Ioan is an expert in managing risk and adding value to projects through change management and value engineering and in promoting the continuous professional development of his teams. As an experienced and conscientious Commercial Director with excellent communication skills, Ioan has proven himself as a team motivator to deliver win-win outcomes for our customers.

• Over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, delivering work within tight schedules and involving challenging programmes.
• Having delivered contracts ranging in value from £100k to around £40m.
• Extensive experience in cost management, procurement, and subcontractor management, as well as preparing accounts for contracts.
• Multidisciplinary work on Network Rail infrastructure, as well as communication methods for road and motorway works.
